2. Cancellation Policy

Where a service has not yet commenced, any cancellation request shall be considered solely at the discretion of MindSmith Forge Ventures and shall not create any obligation to provide a refund.
3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
In the event of:
- Duplicate payments;
- Multiple charges for the same order due to a technical error; or
- Payment being debited without successful order confirmation,
MindSmith Forge Ventures will verify the transaction and, where appropriate, refund or reverse the excess amount after verification.
This shall not be treated as a refund under this Policy.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways.
MindSmith Forge Ventures shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, payment processors, or other financial institutions.
